The loan process
We’ll guide you through the loan process, one step at a time.
And we’re always here to answer your questions along the way.
1. Submit your information with us.
Our online form is a convenient and efficient way for the borrower to provide required information for the loan process. If you have questions before you get started, we’re happy to help. Get in touch through our contact form, or call us at (307) 755-1592.
2. We’ll schedule an initial consultation.
After submitting your information (as much or as little as you are comfortable with) through this link, you will be contacted by The Mortgage Source, Inc. (TMSI) to schedule an initial consultation with our Loan Originators.
3. We’ll walk you through the loan disclosure.
At disclosure signing, you will be provided with a list of necessary documentation needed for the processing of your loan application. You can generally be expected to provide verification of your employment and asset accounts. You may be asked for additional documentation throughout the loan approval process and can be contacted with additional questions regarding this information. An appraisal and title work on this transaction may also be ordered.
4. We’ll submit your loan for final approval.
After receiving all the necessary paperwork, your file will be submitted to the underwriter for final approval. Our Loan Processors will keep you up-to-date on timelines and process during this step.
5. You’ll close on your loan.
The most exciting step — closing on your loan! The final step will be signing closing paperwork to take ownership of your new home or finalize refinancing. We usually do this in-person so that we can explain all of the documents to you.
